4th-degree sideburns
Cause: Severe wistful longing for the 1970's.
Symptom: Big hair, flares, platforms and glitter make-up.
Cure: The Psychiatry staff must, with the aid of Surgeon, and using up-to-date techniques, convince the patient that these hairy accoutrements are rubbish.

Just send them in the Operating Table and make them fight, etc.

I know this would be a lot of work but I think a dentist surgery would be an excellent addition to the game.

Room - Own room with a dentist chair
Staff - One surgeon plus a nurse (maybe both need to be specially trained or just a general surgeon and nurse)

Maybe more creative people could suggest some funny tooth related ailments?

There could be emergency tooth extractions - maybe several people coming at once because they've been scrumming in a rugby match and have all knocked their teeth out?
