In the original, I've had the option to set the game to easy (or junior, in fact).
I can't find that option nowhere, so I assume it isn't there yet.
The game is set to "normal" difficulty, I guess, because staff is complaining for raise (and I treat them nicely, I do, I swear!) |

I suppose you're really playing CorsixTH, not OpenTH (Staff raise is not in OpenTH...) ? I would suggest either the CorsixTH part of this forum, or even better the issue tracker at https://code.google.com/p/corsix-th/issues/list
