Can I claim the various icons that go over people's heads, like the tired doctor, sad face, and thumbs up? I'm only claiming them all at once so they all have a similar style.

Photoshop since I'm used to its pen tool, even though it lacks in some ways.
Sometimes I use Illustrator. Occasionally I'll use Xara Xtreme, and I have InkScape but never use it. |
